New Synatel Digimatic Probe Conforms to EN 60079
Synatel have launched a new version of their Digimatic level probe conforming to the latest ATEX standard, EN 60079 for dust hazard applications.

Exveritas are also launching their unique online ‘Certification Management System’ (CMS) which will allow customers to log on to the system to request and track quotes, track certification projects in real time, request fast certificate concessions or variations and view all of their certificates and reports. Available in both EEx d and EEx de ratings, approved for use in gas Zones 1 and 2 and dust Zones 21 and 22, the new design of output horn turns the sound 90 degrees into a radial, omni-directional pattern without reducing the unit’s sound output levels, providing uniform sound distribution. The METPOINT® BDL compact data logger allows for the connection of 2 - 4 transducers or sensors in a user-defined manner. With pressure transducers, for example, or with pressure dew point transmitters, volume-flow sensors, temperature sensors, clip-on ammeters, etc. Four limit values on the whole can be freely defined and assigned to two different alarm relays.
At the device, the measured values are indicated on a 3.5" colour display with a zoomable touch panel. It allows for tabular, graphic, and combined presentations. Saving potentials become transparent via daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Any exceeded limits are highlighted in red.
