Workplace extraction and ventilation is critical to the health and wellbeing of employees and despite many employers appreciating this position, UK industry is responsible for 12,000 workplace related respiratory deaths every year.

BINDT Hosts Successful Ionising Radiation Regulations 2017 Event
Following a popular Session D presentation at the Annual British Conference on Non-Destructive Testing (NDT 2017) by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE), a follow-up event was held at the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT) headquarters in Northampton to appraise attendees of the new Ionising Radiation Regulations 2017.
The Ionising Radiation Regulations (IRR) event was presented by James Taylor, Principal Specialist Inspector (Radiation Team), HSE, and held on 11 October 2017.
